You don't need a freakin gym. Just run. All you have to do is RUN...jog...outdoors and you'll never gain weight.

Don't need all those crazy machines and weights.

off to the gym! see u all in an hour..

 to 24/7 gyms?

Lifetime Fitness = best gym in America.

The more rust the better the gym is. Today the olympic bar I was using had me concerned about getting tetanus.

how is more rust better?

It's more manly. :D Today my hands were covered in a mixture of rust dust and chalk. It gives good grip.

I was just commenting that in general I like old-school gyms. None of these machines and rubber coated weights for pussies. The place I go to is all old iron weights and racks.

JLGatsby is right, yes he may be a bony guy who can't lift 10lb above his head but does he really need to lift much if all he does is sit and troll on anandtech forums? :p You don't really NEED to bench 300lb it has no practicality, unless you are a hard labor worker and having extra strenght really has its use.
A supermodel knows best :p
