Not seriously mad and I can't stay this way, just a little dissapointed.
Yesterday morning, Mrs. Bernse was reorganizing the deep freeze so there would be a little more room.
This afternoon while we were downstairs, she noticed a bag to the side of the freezer. In it was about 20lbs of ground beef and buffalo and a few packs of steaks.
They've been thawed out in room temperature for a day.
What a waste. I kept a couple of the packs and put them in the fridge...we'll cook them thoroughly and eat them tonight if it smells OK, but I threw out the rest. Not worth the risk. Can't eat them all right away nor refreeze them for fear of the Bacteria getting even worse.
