Get you a tub of vasoline and mix it with a bottle or two of the cologne of your choice. Then dip 2 fingers in it and go to town. You'll smell great and all the "girlies" will be impressed. The vasoline not only feels good, it will help hold the cologne in place and keep it from evaporating like most alcohol-based fragrances do.

Ok the thing is, under the uncircumsized skin on the penis, bacteria can sometimes accumulate and cause an odor. You must clean thoroughly to eliminate that odor. Some guys dont know that.
