Hydroxycut Hardcore?

Atty

I've been told by a few GNC clerks and some people over at Bodybuilding.com's forum that Hydroxycut Hardcore is a good weight loss suplement, that it'll help me burn fat as long as I keep myself hydrated, cut my calories back (just to a reasonable diet), and keep my cardio up (All of which I do now but I'm not seeing desired results.) I'm wondering if any of you have heard anything about it? Or have any of you taken it? Any opinions on it?

Currently I'm taking No-Xplode but I'm going to go off of starting tomorrow and see how things go, I'm definitly not going to be taking it while I'm on Hydroxycut (assuming I go on it). I'm also taking Tonalin CLA, which was recommended to me as a good fat burner by itself but also great in conjunction with Hydroxycut.

Just to let you know, those GNC clerks often times don't know anything about a product and its side effects, but instead just push products they're supposed to. You can do it without the hydroxycut. Look at my stickied thread. If you try it naturally and you're not losing weight after you hone things in, then you can try it; but don't go straight into using the supplement without knowing how you'll do without it. Just my 2 cents. I'll look up the side effects/ingredient and report back to give you a less subjective post.

Exactly! GNC employees are like Radio Shack employees in that they do not know a damn thing and just push products on you for the sales.

Yeah, I don't take their opinion as fact, I just get theirs, and then read up as much as I can online. From what I've read though its quite a good mix.

But I've been working out for 2 months now and only lost about 15lbs at most, maybe more around 10, I can't recall my original weight precisely, no real size off my waist, but I've noticed my fat % going down, becuase I can feel bones that I couldn't feel before, and muscle showing that wasn't there before. I still want a little boost, I've changed my diet a lot and added a lot more cardio, but still, I want more results.

The key ingredient that used to make fat burners work is now banned, and for no damn reason. In the absence of ephedrine, just try to keep your metabolism up for as much of the day as possible. This is best done with frequent small meals and frequent spats of exercise (a 5 minute walk, etc.), in addition to your usual exercise.

How heavy are you? More cardio, less calories, you can step it up without drugs.

I'm 208 as weighted today, weighed around 225 in February, and I'm 5'11. I'm really not that bad, I look pretty average, but I want to lose whats there.

You can still get natural ephedra based products. I have read they work well too.

There is a reason they don't allow the ephedrine sales now, it is used to make crystal meth. That is why the pseudoephedrine OTC stuff is behind the counter, and you can't buy much at once now either.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of this and will look into it. I've ah... spent a bit too long in the bulking phase 😱
