Since I've been eating better the past few weeks and I'm trying to cut up, I was thinking about throwing in some hydroxycut and seeing if it helps anymore than just doing my cardio and eating proper.
I know the normal stuff has a lot of caffeine in it, but I came accross the caffeine free version of Hydroxycut.. Since I've completely cut out diet sodas from my diet and drinking a lot of water now instead, I am trying to get as little caffeine as possible in my diet. I don't drink coffee or anything either. The only time I drink caffeine is in mixed drinks on the weekend maybe once or twice, if that.
So I'm wondering if anyone has tried this out. I used hydroxycut back in college when I was tiny (like 150lbs) and was just trying to get ripped, but now I'm like 192lbs and trying to get cut up, probably around 185lbs or so. I'm pretty lean as is but I want my abs to show more than they currently do. I have been doing cardio for the past 3 weeks and eating properly as well, and the results are showing.
But I'm just wondering if I should try this stuff out and incorporate it into my diet. I am pretty strict with my diet now, but I know when I took this stuff in college, taking the pills also helped me out mentally as far as eating properly. But as I said, I'm not struggling with eating properly at the moment.
So has anyone used this stuff, and if so, how did it work for you?
