Well, the 667 ram is 1.8v
I built 7 computers with STT RIGID 667s and they are BEST at 1.8v.
The 800 I cannot confirm. Sorry

Holy Smokes I had to jump.I'll be amazed if it goes any lower than $56.86 with free shipping and no tax to Tennessee. Thanks bamacre, good job.

Damn that is cheap. One of the reasons I stuck with 939 was that I had a bunch or RAM and DDR2 was way too pricey. Too bad RAM wasn't this low 6 months ago or I'd have went C2D or AM2. &@#$%!

Thanks for updating the price.....purchased last week at 62.00 free shp.....jumped on the 56.86 free shp.....

As someone asked before, what is the real world performance hit going with 667 versus 800? I remember the days where you had to have the ram equal the FSB. Now it seems like you can put it whatever you want with the modern systems. Anyone know of an article that explains all this on modern motherboards?

BTW: Thanks, great price!

🙁 Yesterday I just received my RAM from the $62 shipped deal. Maybe I'll buy more... nooooo, hot deals is like a disease.

For Intel Core 2 Duo, all you need is 533mhz memory to hit the 1066mhz FSB.

So, even with 667mhz memory, you can get a significant OC.

Anyone else having trouble checking out?

I can navigate the site pretty easily but can't sign in to my account or checkout.

thanks, I finally bit.

Now all I need is a new board, and evetually a new processor to replace my lga775 p4.

Repost of the deals, I added the single sticks... and added prices & shipping info (most S&H is $6.50 if not free)

667MHz RAMs are rated up to 333MHz, but decent RAMs can reach +410MHz with 2.0Vdimm. My Kingston 667MHz is capable of 412MHz at 2.0Vdimm and 5-5-5-15-23-2T. 1T timing is around 282MHz. Has anyone run the ST above 333MHz at 1T?

The average MB will top out around 370MHz FSB. To fully exercise the capability of a good C2D chip with these boards (3.6GHz range), you'll also need a 10x multi CPU.

This ST ram I bought in February (for what I thought was an awesome deal at $120 for 2x1gb!) can hit 420mhz (at stock everything).

Can you post your default RAM settings? I suspect you're running 2T instead of 1T? Guess they must have pulled the $56 deal with FREE shipping.

Yup. According to cpu-z: 5-5-5-13-2T

Were you able to run the above setting @ 1T using 333MHz speed? I have a pair of DDR2-800 2x1GB Kingston ValueRam (KVR800D2N5K2/2G) capable of 532MHz with 5-5-5-18-23-2T and 2.05Vdimm. There's a Kingston logo on the chip, but we all know that Kingston does not make ICs. The chip is HOT to the touch at this speed!
