I like it :) Very garlicky, so it gives you bad breath
We love this as well. Only problem is we go through a can rather quickly.

I recently discovered this sauce too. I make tacos with corn tortillas, avocados, and whatever other stuff I can scrounge up and add the Sriracha sauce to it. It's awesome.

For something different try it with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream sprinkled with some cinnamon and brown sugar. Sounds weird but it's really good. Kind of tastes like the old Fireball candies, if anyone remembers those.

I was *this* close to trying it on ice cream last night but I wimped out. I'm usually not too adventurous when it comes to food. :\

whoever was saying that its not hot, or that taco bell fire sauce is hotter has apparently never tried this stuff

i agree. Its hotter then taco bell fire. though i do have to say the sauce is not "hot". But its a lot hotter then most stuff you get at stores like walmart, target etc.

I find that the heat drastically increases with higher concentrations. ...and that it is a slow, accumulative burn.

quite nefarious, actually.

Im Vietnamese. Had this since I was a kid. It was interesting to see my Mexican friends come up to me and say "That rooster sauce you guys have is awesome!" and then eat it on their burritos (which even I wont do).

Sriracha is awesome. I've essentially lost the ability to taste the spicy in it as much as I used to because I eat so much spicy stuff, but it's still amazing.

It has a bit of kick, but not a whole lot. Enough to spice up food without making it too spicy.

I love it on pizza - White garlic sauce + Jalapeno & Chicken. Add some Sriracha and I'm in happy town.
