It's one of those things you use if the food you are eating is terrible, because all you want is Sriracha flavor. it masks and destroys the flavor of everything it touches, so it's great if you are eating somewhere or have prepared some shitty asian dish, so you can just drown it in sriracha and call it a win and name your meal "Asian cock dish," as I often do.
