Interesting, the replies at least could be explained if they were stupid enough to put the thing on the wire and the program just retrieved new emails, but edited metadata that wasn't associated with some normal OS process I'd immediately wave the bullshit flag on.

No, the new replies were unsent drafts present/created on the laptop. At least that's the explanation I saw. So like someone that had access to the laptop after he dropped it off had clicked "Reply" and then never sent it.

Gotcha, maybe they were attempting to create a false (incriminating) narrative of what Biden 'intended' to be sending. If so, toss that shit out.

But that's the problem though. It's all based on reporting of what has been provided at different times to different entities. There's no chain of custody so the whole thing is just royally fucked as there's no ground truth.

All you can say for sure is there is a laptop, and there are some legit files, and there is some evidence that changes took place to the data after it was out of (allegedly) Hunter's possession. It's a perfect vehicle to play never ending "well what about ..." games with.

Too bad the GOP did not have the CodeNinja's do an audit on the laptop. Although that proved to more fruitfull to democrats and those who respect. Should have gotten someone with law enforcement backfground like Guliani....LOL

They were new as of about 10 years ago at the facility I worked at.
I worked a few highly secure areas back in the 1970’s, such as in quite a few areas of the Pentagon. DC area was/is full of secure spots. I do know of a couple of construction companies that have specialized in SCIF construction since the 1980’s, so they’re not real new.

Terminology and requirements have evolved over the decades, but the need for high secure sites have been around longer than any of us have been alive.

It’s amazing how the rubes focus on “the big guy” in one email on “HB’s laptop” and ignore all the obviously illegal and traitorous stuff trump did. If trump ever gets elected again and begins his dictatorship they will be saying WTF, wait a minute, what just happened?

Unfortunately, some will be asking to see your papers as you try to pass by a book burning.

Apparently emails found on Hunter Biden's laptop link him to the wife of Ex-FBI agent Charles McGonigal. So Hunter received about 29 emails as did Pamela McGonigal regarding “Next Level Lacrosse program and other activities associated with the sport”.

Not really sure why this is news since their kids played lacrosse around the same time. Maybe if they keep digging they will find emails regarding the plots to kill JFK and Abe Lincoln.

Hunter has previously stated that the laptop may or may not be his and he may or may not have dropped it off at the repair shop. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I hope they go after Gaetz for trying to put the hard drive into the Congressional Record.

A tweet from Hunter saying he hardly knew her should be more than enough for the MAGA crowd. it worked for Trump at least a half dozen times.

There are people I'm tied to in the same way via son's athletic teams. I can't pick and choose those, just as Hunter couldn't.

And for the record, most parents in those teams are world class gigantic assholes of epic proportions anyway.

Read an article today where Bident's team was speculating/trying to figure out if parts of the laptop he dropped of at a MA based psychiatrist were used in the laptop dropped off at the laptop repair person. Would be an interesting twist to this story of true.

Obviously, Next Level Lacrosse is where the Bidens and Clintons moved their underground child sex slave ring after the pizza parlor joint got busted.

Hilarious to watch Hannity and Fox cover Hunter Biden as if what Hunter did or may have done was so terrible inconcevcebal. Donald Trump tired to overthrow the US government, but Hunter Biden is the bad guy??? Funny Fox, very funny.

This movie is more credible than the Hunter laptop story.

And the irony of all of this is that the Pubs are going to start hearings on the weaponization of the government. Hmm, if I were running that committee the most obvious first person to interview would be Billy Barr.

Any Nazi's still alive that can compare the Trump Administration and current GOP to anything, anything at all.

I guess they really didn't see the need as much where I worked. You had to show a badge at 2 gates before you got to wear where I was working on the base (operational area).

If any of the Fox News accusations can be proven false Hunter should sue them just like Dominion. Hunter Biden is not a public figure so defamation should apply.

Well, I was working for the Commanding General of the AMC (Army Material Command)…a 4 star. Gen. Henry A. Miley.

Saw raw intel feeds from the ‘73 Arab/Israeli War. Spent a bit of time with the JCOS while I was at HQ, AMC. Saw how the Apache was developed and money spent and its unvarnished, true capabilities.

I held a TS clearance for years, incl special intelligence access.

Even met Pres Ford…spoke with him, shook hands, yada, yada.

Sat across the table from several different Captains during "mission" status meetings at the Explosive Handling Warfes' on both coasts , and shook Adm. Benidict's hand at least twice when he showed up on the sub prior to a couple DASO shots. Lost all sense of awe about it years ago. TS for years also.

I was on the bridge of the Enterprise when Capt Picard destroyed the Borg cube.
