Probably because there is a big UPS facility in the Cincinnati 'burbs. I think DHL had a similar arrangement with Fry's in Willmington Ohio.

I'd say about 95% of my computer parts for those I build for and for my own come directly from Newegg. Over the years they've outperformed every single e-tailer out there. Plus, having a warehouse in NJ helps

I rarely complain when they charge me $10 shipping when the item could fit into a bubble wrap bag and shipped that way. After the deal for my Cosmos case I got a couple of years ago I figure I have a while before I can legitimately bitch, moan and complain.

(Deal was $200 case for $100 + Free shipping)
