I like when he moved the guy's icons off screen and gave him the screenshot as a background . The he seemed perfectly happy with it. ;)

No offense but if IT guys can relate to that, they should really re-evaluate their practices (as far as rebooting the webserver just because a sales guy said to). There's definitely some due diligence that the IT guy was too lazy or too distracted to perform that could've saved EVERYBODY tons of headache right off the bat. The rest of it is hilarious.
