This is sorta like Dilbert when it first came out, if you didn't work corporate it wasn't that funny. This is so spot on accurate it's scary, funny but scary at the same time.

I worked for AT&T's NOC for a while, there were sooo many times that these annoying customers would interrupt our Duke Nukem game.......
