How'd you do that? I managed to get some in my cart earlier today. Everything went through perfectly but I can't seem to find any record of the purchase.
 
Still expecting it to be cancelled, but my order with HP made another baby step last night. The charge went from preauth/pending to actually charged on my credit card.
 
Just snagged another one from PCConnection yesterday. Gonna give it to my sister for my two nieces. Gonna use handbrake and encode a bunch of cartoons and stick music on it for them.

They already have an iPad that they make me put video on already, so this will be their "beater" tablet.
 
Found a tidbit on sd that looks valid. Go to fedex and choose track by reference. Use your hp order number as the reference document and you may see your already being shipped even if the hp order page hasn't updated yet. Doing that shows mine shipped yesterday with a delivery next monday, hp shows still in process. I can't guarantee it's accurate though as the where being delivered entry is still blank.

Mine says "item shipped" but has an old tracking number, when i search by reference it cant find anything. odd.

I placed this order close to midnight Friday. I haven't heard anything about my first order which was placed around 10pm Friday. I'm hoping that order already shipped. Regardless it sounds like I'm getting at least one of my orders for sure.
 
Got the same email for an order I placed at around 9:30pm Friday. It was courteous of them to update like that.

Okay, just got off the phone with HP, they said to allow 12-24 hours for the tracking number to update and that if you have a tracking number to go ahead and ignore the email they sent out about the overwhelming demand, she told me it was sent to everyone who ordered a touchpad and that my touchpad should have shipped out today and will ship tomorrow at the latest. and i was only on hold for 40 seconds! 😀

My tracking numbers I received earlier with "old" shipping info were updated this evening with correct info. Estimated delivery date: August 24.
