How's this routine? Should I do 5x5 instead?

Dips 2x10
Pullups 2x10
Bench Press 2x10
Arm Curls 2x10
Overhead Shoulder Press 2x10

Done 3x per week.

Kind of getting tired of this routine. Should I switch to 5x5 instead?

Yeah.
That sounds like not enough volume.

And I don't see deadlifts. (Though DLs should not be done 3x a week)

How well are you progressing right now? Upping the weight frequently?

If you're making progress doing the same lifts 3x a week, stick with it. If you're a beginner switching to the 5x5 will give you slower progress, as it is an intermediate program.

I started similarly to you, but eventually the workouts became too tiring having to push myself harder, that is about when I split the workouts into various days so I could focus more on specific exercises for a given day. This ended up being more efficient. If you are getting tired of a specific lift you should look into swapping it out.

You're only doing 2 sets.. If i were you i'd bump that upto 4 and do it maybe 2 times a week instead of 3...
