I hope moderators see this and change the title.
Or the OP understands that Jared isn't involved, and changes the title.
It's a pretty shitty thing to post about someone who isn't convicted and hasn't shown any reason to assume he's involved.
It feels like blaming Jared for this should be criminal.
if my name got shamed like this, I'd want to hurt people.
The Detroit Free Press has the exact same layout. I cannot stand it. Not sure if they're owned by the same company or what.
Apparently employees of the Jared Foundation really like to eat fresh...
This is the standard for many news sites these days:

The mobile version is worse.
God it's horrible, adblock+ didn't even dent it's ugliness, guess I'll have to activate noscript LOL. Let's see where this investigation leads before everyone throws Jarod under the bus, it might be standard policy after arresting the director of the Jarod foundation awhile back.
Jared is involved, he's being investigated. His computers were seized.
That doesn't mean he was involved in any crime, but he's certainly involved in the investigation. They don't just seize computers from everyone who knew someone arrested for child porn.
There was enough evidence to justify a warrant for computer in his house. That's not good, at all. Nor is it damning, maybe the accused is just grasping at straws and making shit up. We don't know.
Subway is busy scrubbing him off their website, they know more than we do.
His computers were seized, that required a subpoena.
He may be innocent, and he's due his day in court, but it's not looking good.
One would think that IF he was involved with the kiddie stuff he would have been wise enough to destroy anything that was on any of his hard drives, thumb drives, optical media, and toss it into a dumpster somewhere after the arrest of his foundation manager.
Wow...you fail OP. Guess you get your few minutes of fame with your grossly inaccurate title.
law enforcement sources confirmed to CBS News that Fogle is indeed a suspect in a child pornography investigation.

Say again? 🙄
He runs his foundation mostly out of his house. This is clearly about the guy who was busted, and they are still investigating.
Again, Jared's home served as as workplace. This is about an employee who committed crimes, probably at work, and therefore some of Jared's equipment may serve as evidence.
That's all this is.
WTF is everyone so eager to throw people under the bus?
You would think he was smart enough to do that but criminals are stupid. And if he has a compulsion to his kiddie porn collection he probably could not think of destroying his curated stash.

Source?
A law enforcement source has confirmed to CBS News that Subway restaurant spokesman Jared Fogle is a suspect in a federal child pornography investigation.
FBI agents and Indiana State Police were at Fogle's house in Zionsville, Ind., and have removed electronics from the property.
Yes, because a bunch of cops always show up with subpoenas to seize your computers when you're innocent right?
- A special task force showed up at the 37-year-old's home in Zionsville at 6:30am on Tuesday to remove electronics from the property
- Authorities say Fogle was detained, but not arrested
- The raid comes just two months after the former executive director of Fogle's charity was arrested in a child pornography sting
- Subway issued a statement on Tuesday, saying they have suspended their relationship with Fogle
And my favorite part:
- In 2007, a source told Best Week Ever that Fogle used to run a black market porn video rental business out of his dorm room, while he was a student at Indiana University.
According to the source, the porn collection was 'vast and extensive' and something Fogle took 'pretty seriously' - charging fellow students a dollar a day to rent them.
The source also claimed that Fogle's legendary Subway diet stemmed from his 'extreme laziness' and the need to man his the porn business in his room.
Subway allegedly opened a branch in his building and it was 'the closest fast food available'.
