Things would be great if most women were this honest. However, you left out one of the most common situations.
5. Woman is not interested in man but continues to sometimes flirt with him. This leads him on and causes him to continue giving her attention, which is all she desires from him.
The 'nice' guys will get suckered by this and gradually become bitter. The 'bad boys' will lose interest and go looking for someone else. At that point she will suddenly become insecure as to why he didn't want her, start chasing him, and then he gets laid.
Most guys figure out by their mid 20's (or sooner) that it's easy to get laid / have fun / etc if that is all you want from women. The hard part is if you want to find a nice, honest, doesn't-play-games, head-on-straight woman to marry. They're out there, but they are rare and have many men seeking them. So, good luck guys!
here's a tip.
1. if a girl is doing one of those 4 things consider her not interested and not worth your time
2. if the girl is doing one of those things but is just playing games...decide you dont want to be with a girl who likes to send mixed signals AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Girls like to flirt with guys in general, regardless if she likes him or not. They just like the attention.
What I don't understand is why is it when a girl knows I like her goes ahead and STILL tells me her encounter with her crushes? It's not like she doesn't has a clue, she does. And perhaps it's her way of telling me to back down. Point taken but kind of cruel, no? Especially when the scenario repeats itself 10x over. And no, I've never actively pursued her or asked her out on a date, but I knew my actions was a dead giveaway and slowly backed away.
When she said she'd call me 5x but never once bother the next day, but not even bother to give an excuse or tell me not to wait I very well knew the answer to where things were headed.
Do us guys a favour and please don't use us as emotional tampons for your guy troubles or who you have crushes on, we really don't want to hear it. Honestly, I feel like sh!t every time its brought up. Save these kinds of discussions for your girlfriends.
Oh, and you're not automatically mature because you say you are. Maturity has nothing to do with age.

Addition: 5. She has PMS, PMDD, is substantially insecure, is clinically insane, has relationships that last three days, and also happens to be crazy. She just does whatever to get any sort of attention as she's desperate. She ends up getting rejected and then comes crawling back later, only to find out that the guy was tired of the crap.
To be perfectly honest with you, here's another rule. If a girl gives you crap:
1. Use confidence
2. If it persists, call your system administrator (er, I mean MOVE ON and ignore her for the rest of your life)
