Guys, I just tried to put my head through the wall and it didn't work. Now my head hurts. I don't think I need a headboard.

Take that pillow out from under her ass (I'm assuming heterosex here) and stick it (the pillow) behind the headboard. Problem solved! Next question...?

Get a murphy bed. The frame is bolted into the wall. Therefore it should be sturdier and quieter. ;)

a few paperback books duct taped to the back top edge of the headboard have worked for me in the past.

Set it up like the motels have it, just nail the headboard to the wall and push the bed up to it so it looks connected.

simple solution. Instead of putting your hands on the bed, just reach out and place them on the wall while your boyfriend is pounding your ass.

do it transversely rather than longitudinally

How odd that you started this thread. My wife and I ran into this issue during a particularly...enthusiastic session two nights ago. We rotated 90 degrees and the issue was resolved

Move out of your parent's house and you won't have to worry about being to loud.

Put a block of wood between the bed frame legs/headboard and baseboard to keep distance between headboard/bed and wall.

I used to roll up towels into a cylindrical shape and placed them at points where the headboard met the wall.
