I know it's a touchy subject, but have you spoken to her about vaginal dryness? A good lubricant would help the unwanted movement along the thrusting axis.

Any tips besides moving it further away? Don't want a 3 inch gap because it'll look weird.

Nobody else sees the problem with someone having to ask a question like this? I really hope you're using birth control. No procreation allowed! ;)

Set it up like the motels have it, just nail the headboard to the wall and push the bed up to it so it looks connected.

Some are mounted better than others. I was at a convention and the wife came down too. She pulled the headboard off the wall as I was giving her some oldsmolove.
Co-workers were standing around when maintenance came to fix it. The headboard, not the wife. She still walks funny.

as simply as just stuffing a pillow, rolled towel or one of her stuffed animals behind it.

everyone knows this that's been with a girl in reality.

Secure headboard better, put rubber on the back of the headboard or on the wall, use insulation strips, whatever... there's a thousand different ways to fix the problem.

When you finally have sex, your boyfriend will appreciate your thoughtful solutions to this dilemma.

8 lag bolts through the headboard and the studs should fix that problem. Might want to increase that number depending on the seismic activity that bed goes through every night.
