I used to have a "projecteD" bench max sheet from my high school days but can't find it. I can't remember the %'s either

for bench I do 4 sets of 8, 3 sets of 15, 5 sets of 10, 3 sets of 5 and use reasonable weight just enough to finish set without complete muscle failure.

What % of my max am I doing if I'm doiing 4 sets of 8 reps or 3 sets of 15 reps with x amount of weight?

With that many sets/reps, any calculator will be way off. 3 sets of 15 doesn't really help you with anything. If you want to know a max, why not find a spotter and max out? 90% or higher singles are good to move every so often anyways.

It projects a little low for me too - but I've always been more of a peak strength lifter anyway, so that doesn't surprise me.

I'm the exact opposite. I always figured since 99% of my muscle is from the gym and not from genetics or otherwise doing athletics, my reps are right up there with my max.

PS: It's nice not to be banned anymore. =]
