Make sure before the fight to extend your hand in a gesture of goodwill...BUT when he accepts your gesture kick him in the face. They always fall for that!

First off, a little background. I'm 20, 177lbs and 15% body fat. I've been into bodybuilding for nearly 8 months, so i'm in pretty good shape. I'm fairly certain that i can knock someone out with one good punch, as i'm rather strong. I also do high intensity cardio 4 times weekly, so my endurance is pretty good.
My opponent is a guy who works with a friend of mine. He's smaller than me, in his mid to late 30's. He probably has more experience than me, especially since i've never been in a real fight - few scuffles, but they all got broken up quickly. But he's smaller, weaker and a smoker.
Why do i wanna fight him? Because he's going around and saying he can kick my ass. Why does he wanna kick my ass? Because he's jealous of me. Why does he think he can? He doesn't. Some of you will say that that's no reason to fight someone, and you'd be right. But i'm sick and tired of him and i want to make him bleed. End of story. It's going to happen.
So what should i do to prepare myself for a fight? I've got a bunch of UFC videos that i'm definitely gonna watch over. I think i have the physical aspect down, but i'm not sure about the mental. How important is it to remain absolutely calm during a fight? Because i know that i'll get an adrenaline rush, which i guess could be used to my advantage.
Also, does anyone have ideas on how i should start it? Should i pick out a moment when he doesn't expect it and use it to my advantage, or ask him to step outside? And should i try some good ol streetfighting, or perhaps i should use my very limited wrestling skills to try to pin him to the ground and give him some nice elbow shots?

haha. This is funny. "Im so and so big, blah blah blah".
I'm 6'4", 220 and hardly any fat. I had a teacher in HS that was 5'6", 160. He didnt look it, but he was a former boxer. Picked up 100 pound dumbbells like they were nothing, and could throw a lightning quick punch. I would NEVER EVER FIGHT HIM. EVER! NEVER! EVER!
But he didnt look like he could fight.
That being said, I dont get into fights. Whats the point? What does it prove?

forgot who, or where, but someone stated "if you are big enough to talk crap about someone with no real reason, you are big enough to get in a fight". oh yeah, its the road rules story of donell pushing the others guys button, when the other guy blew up on him.
don't use words to piss someone off bad, and then hide behind your statement of violence being no solution. its just as bad for a verbally strong person picking on a verbally weak person for the heck of it.
seriously, i had this foo i knew talking smack about me in middle of campus (univ). i just approached him, with my face like 1 inch from his, and he just smiled and changed the conversation like its no biggie. so i just walked away to go to my class and then he decided to crack some more jokes. he knew i wasn't gonna whoop his arse in middle of campus, and get expelled. he's smaller than me, weaker, etc.. but hides behind his words like its gonna protect him if i ever see him in public. i lift weights, and its always the physically weaker guys making comments. buncha pansies if you ask me
krassus: kick his azz. don't act civil for ppl that arn't civil in the first place
Taking advice from someone who spells 'ass' as a-z-z is generally not recommended.
(runs away to hide behind my words)
