Sometimes you just gotta let it out. Burnt a bridge with an acquaintance yesterday. No worries there and it felt good. Probably shouldn't do it all the time though.

Does the realization that venting on people/things, especially when they aren't the source of problem, is pointless, selfish and unproductive help?
It may make you feel good in the short term but in the long term it will probably make things worse. It is essentially the emotional equivalent of fast food.
Get some strenuous exercise on a regular basis and chill.
