How to get out of a DUI

DUI = driving UNDER influence

This is proven by being pulled over, and given a sobriety test, if you fail that means you were driving while drunk.

If you're pulled over, THEN drink, and are given a test, it can't be proven that you were drunk BEFORE/WHILE driving, instead of AFTER being pulled over and stopped.
 
I've heard stories of drunk people getting arrested for DUI for coming out of a bar and getting in the car just to warm it up for when the designated driver gets out of the bar.
 
A friend of mine recently got a DUI...hes got a pony tail also. I sent this picture to him, asking if that was him. 😛
 

Yep. In a lot of places simply being in the vehicle while drunk is enough to get charged and convicted of DUI.

In some states thats the law. If you go out into the parking lot with keys in your hands you can get busted immediately. Better the leave them with a friend you trust, or the barkeep.

If you dont trust anyone with your keys or driving you home, you probably shouldnt be drinking in a bar. Do it at home. No worries of DUI there.

You seriously believe that? Did you know that you can still get a DUI if your BAC is below the legal limit? It's all about whether you were impared while driving. You can get a DUI for being impared for taking prescription drugs.

I've heard you can get a DUI just for driving while tired/sleepy. However, I've never heard of any arrests being made for that.

Only complete shit bags drink and drive. I'm talking about actually being over the limit here. One beer at a party a few hours ago isn't what I mean.
 
In MD I think the keys need to be in the ignition. If you're gonna sleep off a drunk, you throw the keys under the seat before crashing.
