Ive got all the strength i need right now and now i want to start getting the muscles toned and defined...to get that ripped look....I want to start with my chest/pecks and arms...how do i go about getting them toned and defined?

Chest implants. Yes, they are not just for women anymore. 🙂

On a more serious note, you should probably work out your pecks more. Slip into a gym and ask some people what exercises to do. It's not easy having a body like mine, but someday you just might...

It's "pecs" not "pecks" btw.
(Pecs = short for "pectorals")

Protein for mass, if you want to mess with your body, start on Creatine for muscle size.

i use creatine and i work out 4 times a week...but its all heavy weight lifting so not much weight loss...is it alright to drink Muscle Milk or Nitro Tech(Protein Drinks) as my breakfast??...or will that make me fat?

Bench press helps the chest, and so does the pec dec fly, I think it's also known as butterfly something or other.

To get it defined do more reps and less weight.

That's your problem, you need cut back on the amount of weight you're lifting, and go for reps. Find a weight that you can lift 12-15 times per set, and do 3 sets. Are you in a gym? I'm not familar with either of the protein drinks that you mention, but back when I cared how I looked, I took
Met-Rx. It's meant to be used as a meal replacement, and can be used to lose or gain weight. It would be great for breakfast.

my bench max is about 200...so what weight should i go to do alot of reps?...i dont want to go to lite...but dont want to heavy either...and what weight should i do with seated curls?

try 20lb curls? I dunno, I do 3 sets of 12 reps every night with 17lbs right now (hey, I'm a weak geek) and it's toning up good.

How many reps can you lift 200? Are you doing seated curls now? At what weight? What about your triceps?

Sounds like you need to do like EnragedPC did, and work on building strength first.

<< Yes, short reps of lots of weight = mass. Many reps of not so much wieght = tone >>

maybe once a week just lessen the weight and do a bunch of reps. that will help you loose the fat and become more toned.

yeah, I'm running a lot right now, but I bet it will slack off next term, and I don't want it to. so that's easy to fix since I know it'll happen 🙂

Shave your chest and stomach if you're hairy - it'll instantly look more cut up than ever before. Don't ask me how I know 😉

Pectoral \Pec"to*ral\, a. [L. pectoralis, fr. pectus, -oris the breast; cf. F. pectoral.] 1. Of or pertaining to the breast, or chest; as, the pectoral muscles.

Wow! That felt good. I just defined mine, and it was pretty easy. 😀

Seriously, high reps with lower weight (and lower body fat).
