my bench max is about 200...so what weight should i go to do alot of reps?...i dont want to go to lite...but dont want to heavy either...and what weight should i do with seated curls?
How many reps can you lift 200? Are you doing seated curls now? At what weight? What about your triceps?
I do 3 sets of 12 reps every night with 17lbs right now (hey, I'm a weak geek) and it's toning up good.
Sounds like you need to do like EnragedPC did, and work on building strength first.
