Honestly, if I see a guy your size I assume he has some chemical assistance though i know you've started your natural.

Summer has been hard on me, but I've been training hard. Diet hasn't been the best but I have two solid weeks in now. Back down to 199-200. Looking pretty decent. I am going to try and hold my size and lean out to about 190-192. Thinking ill look as good as I care to look at that weight.... Assuming I can hold my muscle. This sh1t isn't easy and requires all day everyday dedication... And that's just to be the guy that looks good in the gym. I don't know how the pros do it.

Looking forward to my trt years. Mad gainz to be had on the scripted test
