from food

like dairy

zivic talks a lot about eating the good food

What is causing the problem? Eat all the fish and blueberries in the world and it won't help you if you keep doing whatever it is that is causing the problem.

Eat foods that help fight inflammation, that is only if your inflammation is chronic, if you are dealing with acute inflammation then take a NSAID.

this is likely it and would go with my general philosophy on nutrition

eating good food first rather than eat no bad food but no good food

just need to do it

another good supplement is NAC, n-acetyl-cysteine. It is what your body uses to produce glutathione which is your bodies own antioxidant that it produces in the liver. it boosts liver function, kidney function, lung function, and its really safe and cheap.

First I would avoid any type of over the counter medication or prescription these generally treat symptoms and have a plethora of side effects. Before adding any supplements; I would get a full blood workup (C-reactive protein). If a "conventional" doctor offers only drugs I would (and have) consulted an naturopathic doctor. It could be a food sensitivity or allergy. The key finding the root cause. Also a call to Doctor Richard Ash may be a good way to get another opinion http://ashcenter.com/radio-show/
