sounds like you have the door closed, which means there is no ventilation at all.

If you can't leave the door open, then you should
1.) cut a hole in the wall or door, install a vent and a fan sucking air into the room.
2.) cut a hole in the ceiling, install a vent and a fan blowing air into the attic.

Or, just secretly leave the window open a crack as others are suggesting.

-close heating vents
-turn off lights
-if you want lights, use CFLs
-could also use led christmas lights (assuming you don't mind looking like you live in a dorm room)
-use a minifridge as an air conditioner

easiest solution: open the window a crack but keep the door closed.

complex solution: get some of that flexible dryer ventilation tubing. connect the intake and exhaust of the computer to the outside.

I have a similar situation and I just open the window, even when it is below zero out. With 5 computers in my bedroom (rarely running more than 3 at a time), a large TV, my PS3, my Xbox 360 and various other products that put off considerable heat, it stays nice and warm in my room in the winter but it becomes almost unbearably hot during the summer. My problem is that with the way my house is laid out, cranking up the AC during the summer does nothing to cool my room down because almost none of the air from it will flow through my room.

Oh and don't vent air directly in the attic as suggested. That will cause condensation and leaks. You could actually pipe it directly outside through a vent but I doubt your parents will let you do that kinda work. If they do, then it would work. Don't get a bathroom fan though, too loud, and hardly moves any air. Get a small whole house fan or a furnace blower. Maybe a draft inducer fan will work too but the HW heater ones tend to be really loud too.

that only works if the minifridge is dumping its heat outside the room.

Yeah, you can't create or destroy heat, you can only move it.. Ironicly the fridge would actually produce MORE heat. I had a mini bar fridge in my closet and it used to make the closet get pretty warm.

1) Place one of these at the doorway.
2) Turn on the fan.
3) ...
4) If in Korea: Become another fan death victim. Else: Profit!

......oh, can't open the door.
How old are the niece and nephew? Would one of those small gates do the trick? If not, then I'd suggest some sort of Tazer-based deterrent trap.

Addition to complex solution: To ensure proper airflow, use inline fans to move the air.
For speed control, use a dimmer (with an appropriate wattage rating) with an AC capacitor. (And don't blame me if this burns down your house, I have no idea if it's safe. ;))

The most efficient solution would be to install a fan in the space over your door, blowing into the hallway or room next to it. Your PC is basically a heater that also happens to do calculations for you. Why waste that heat in the winter time?

Tell the niece and nephew they aren't allowed in your room and keep the door open. If their parents aren't going to train them properly, you'll have to step in and do it. Bust their asses if necessary, but they'll stay out of your room.

Used to use the gates until they learned how to climb over them.

Window has an alarm sensor on it, so every time the window opens there's a loud beep and a voice says "bedroom window open". Even if I open it when he isn't there, if he arms the alarm it will say that the window is open. If I remove the battery, it will say that there is a problem with that sensor.

modifications to the room are probably not going to happen. Guess I'll be suffering the heat.

2 & 4 is old enough to know KEEP OUT! It might take some reinforcement, but that's where proper parenting comes into play.

I have my PC in my room and it makes it like a sauna in there. It gets to 80+ degrees. Even with the colder weather now its still super hot in there.

Is there any way to cool the room without using AC or opening a window?

I have a ceiling fan that runs on high 24/7 and I have another smaller fan that I run quite often but they don't do much.

Install a Dutch door, invented to provide ventilation and keep the animals out.
