While I am amazed at your persistence, you have to know that he has absolutely zero interest in engaging with you honestly. He is not debating you from a position of fact or logic. He is a religious zealot, wholly indoctrinated in anti-evolution dogma, and his only interest is preserving that programming. You could literally show him an example of an amoeba evolving into a whale in front of his very eyes, and he would still deny your evidence was adequate, or he would duhvert off onto a tangent, or he'd ignore you outright. As already posted several times in this thread by a significant proportion of posters on this forum, nobody would ever confuse you with someone as a reasonable person. A reasonable person would have apologized for not understanding the basics of biochemistry and biology, and would have happily corrected their false statement. A reasonable person would have then moved to address the data of posts #609. #628, #653, and #685. A reasonable person would have read those manuscripts by now.

But that's the point of this thread. Certain people have chosen to forego sound judgement and sensible logic. Proper discourse is often impossible because people lack objectivity, foresight, and empathy. That's how we get people like Donald Trump. That's how we get these alternative facts and news. That's how we get people commentating on biology they don't understand.

Oh I don't mind responding to him, and unlike him, I don't define myself by this forum. Its one of his tactics on here, aka argumentum ad nauseam. I don't think the issue is just someone having a different opinion, and painting his posts in such light is deceiving. One of the issues that has been typified by this thread is the inability of specific posters to have any semblance of intellectual honesty. That's the reason why we don't see his posts filled with logic and empathy of other's opinions, rather we see him consistently blame others for "lying" or making up "fairytales." That's why we see so many posts of his filled with absolutely no content. That's why he is a troll. Even when it is exposed that he doesn't understand a topic and makes statements that are completely false, he lacks any willingness to accept the truth, he has no sincere dedication for finding the truth. And we aren't talking about truths that differ from perspective.
