I clicked that hoping for something funny. But instead, reading just a small part of this fuckhole's story is infuriating.

I hope he dies a painful, horrible death. The same to his family, and their descendents, and so on down the line. Shitheads like this are a complete drag on society's resources.

At least this shows there are avenues in which (in Newark) tenants have the legal power to get suitable housing.

Either you are wronged so much a lawyer will take it for a percent or you have to go solo. Chances are you can;t miss that much work to fight it out so the dirty landlord wins most of the time.

Thats a easy one in most states if you have a written lease. Call police and get back in; file case next day.

No written lease means month to month and if you have a proof you paid for that month you are good to go. i.e. one area checks work well. Esp if your bank lets you print a copy of them after they have been depositied.

He seems like he learned his law skills in the jail house. What he is doing is very common for jailhouse lawyers.

Yeah. He's actually kinda brilliant. And only marginally more corrupt than an actual lawyer. Unfortunately, the fact that he's unemployed and lives like shit and is generally a bad person plays a large role in his success, if you can call it that.

To offer an opposing viewpoint for the sake of discussion, this is in fact legal with any of the properties I rent out. The sale of property and/or change in mortgage status takes precedence over tenant and said tenants have 30 days upon finalization of the sale to evict the premises.

I hope you don't think this guys is working. I guarantee you he, his wife, and his children are all on disability and get food stamps. Obviously he is milking the system and has never paid a dime into it. Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been wasted on this piece of shit and his family. Between costs of the courts and all of their employees and the other government money he has sucked out. Crap like this is infuriating. One day, and one day soon, the system is going to collapse and ass holes like this are the root cause.

I know. What's even more amazing is that this POS hasn't just taken the NJ bar yet and opened up his own practice. All that time to save freaking 10K a year in rent. What a waste, and look at what he's teaching his kids.

I bet people in fast food make more than 10K a year net, and they aren't looked at as people who should be euthanized.
