No use in sugar coating this. Tell him the only Cardinal to ever escape your basement was Albert Pujols, and only because his bat was bigger than yours.

As far as addressing him, call him Brunhilde. It sends a deliciously teutonic shiver down his papal spine and he'll give you anything you want in return.
