1) capture passwords and their overall structure
2) let security hole take advantage of collected passwords?
3) push a security product
4) oh gee, profit.

Three types of characters: letters, numbers, special

Weak: 1 type of character used in password
Medium: 2 types of characters used in password
Strong: 3 types of characters used in password

Not really, as long as the characters are unique, has a cap or two, and a number or two.
