I've managed to be married 23 years and some without any diamond at all. eh.. there is a family (his) ring I have virtue of bein' married to the oldest male of the generation that has some tiny diamonds around a ruby that I wear once every third year or so.. I don't much go for fancy.. diamonds are fancy. I still haven't managed to want one.. if I ever get to the point I do want any, I'm pretty sure I'd rather wear 'em in my ears than on my finger.

You're posts are worthless, your humor is lame....its quite evident that you are a retarded ape who has somehow managed to find his way onto the internet.

They have a few calculators out there that tell you how much is the average for your income level or something, I believe it is two months salary before taxes or something....

Personally I went with this guide and my fiancee is more than happy with her ring (three stone on platinum setting), cost a good deal of money but IMHO more than worth it...she said she wanted something smaller but I know she really likes the one I got her.

For all of those who suggest CZ or Diamonique....personally if you are even remotely considering this option then I always suggest you go untraditional and just get another "real" stone, maybe their birth stone or something....I just always think of people who wear CZ or Diamonique as those who want to look like they have a good deal of money or showoff....if you do go with the synthetic stone then please get one that is a realistic size and not some three carat rock as everyone will know off the bat that it is a fake....

good luck

my mother bought a diamond when she went to burma, 5 carats, for 25th anniversary
cost about 26k but still a damn good buy (those who know will agree)

the rock is bigger than her finger

anyway the moral is, if you have contacts, buy the stone, then have it set the way you like it from a jeweler, thats how its done
if you dont have jeweler friends, get some

Wearable Jewelry is a bad investment. Put your several carrot diamond money in your IRA/retirement fund and buy your girl something acceptable rather than extravagant.. :)

Length and girth matter, but you can't be John Holmes and not know how to use it too, Innuendo Boy

Innuendo Boy usually implies that he is hung like a mini Tic-Tac... before puberty... in ice cold water.

If 6" is the smallest before girls become disappointed, then alot of girls are disappointed.
You have been watching too many pornos and think its the norm.
