4-5x a week, like most everyone else. However, I live in central Florida, so other than when the sun goes down or the early morning, its never too cold to do anything.

On the topic of a home gym, I've never seen them useful. I don't know of anyone who owns one and actually used it for an extended period of time. On the other hand, I know more people with gym memberships who used them just as much. Pick whichever poison you can stomach the best, I suppose.

Same as any other season, 5, sometimes 6x a week. I hate going outside in the winter, but once you're actually in the gym it's so much more comfortable in the winter.

Generally 3 to 4 times per week. I often perform higher intensity workouts with heavier weights, more failure sets and less rest between sets if I'm working out in my garage, warehouse or pole barns during very cold temperatures. I have heat in all my buildings, but often don't turn it on, or keep it pretty low. Last week I started working out in my detached garage when is was 20 below zero outside, but it was a little chilly, so I fired up the rocket heater while I did some squats and leg presses. I have memberships at a couple gyms, but only use them for a few specialty machines as I have my own benches, free weights, dumbbells, power racks and smith machines with weight stacks, high pulley/low pulley etc. I liked the vertical leg press one local gym used to have, but they removed it, so I made one by bolting rectangular tubing to my smith machine bar assembly.

This winter I’ve been working out with dumbbells inside. Probably is good for my muscles to have a change with dumbbells. But it’s taking some adjusting to. For example benching dumbbells on the floor – getting into and out of position is limiting what I press more than my ability to actually do the bench.
When I first started working out with heavy dumbbells, I wasn't working anywhere near my max, or working until failure since it was difficult to get the weights into the starting position, plus I had to drop the weights, or lower them safely. Because of this, I started with single arm floor presses with one arm grabbing a fixed object for balance since I could use two arms to lift and lower the weight safely. Eventually, I used cables, straps or chains attached to a power rack, smith machine or overhead mount to support the dumbbells in the starting position so that I could perform heavy pressing movements until failure without a spotter.

Zero. It sucks, my garage is my gym and it is bitterly cold out there. I eat pretty healthy and I'm not completely inactive so I maintain well enough, but I know I'm not doing myself any favors. I really would rather just move south, I love working out in the heat.

Depends normally I stay about the same, this winter I did cut back a little just due to scheduling conflicts and such. I might skip a few more days here and there because it's nasty or bitter cold and windy.
