showering twice or more is bad for you. OK, maybe twice is ok, but it could be bad. But more than twice is definitely bad for you. Your body produces natural oils that is essential to the health of your skin. If you wash it off too much, you'll have poor skin.

I used to, mostly astringents but when my skin was flaking off and shiet, I stopped but now it's a problem.. Parts of my face are dry while other parts are "oily enough" to cause acne.. go figure..😕
