How often do you shower?

I find that showering once in the morning and again before bed helps me sleep better. And as a bonus when I wake up in the morning the bedroom usually smells like the soap I used the previous night.

daily, with two showers on days in which i play hockey.

on the weekend if i have no plans i don't shower until the afternoon. but if i don't shower before work, i'll still be 1/2 asleep when i get here.

lol, that's what I was thinking. Most people have some form of body prespiration, not to mention if you come in contact with people who smoke. It's kinda disgusting.

I don't understand the point of showering in the morning. I shower in the evening, so that I'm not laying in bed all dirty from work. That's gross to me.

if I know I'll be outside and/or working out, then I'll shower when I'm done getting dirty.
