Hells yeah. Walking a golf course is a good workout. It slimmed my fat teenage ass down back in the day when I started golfing.

People actually lose weight playing golf? 😕

Lift weights about six times per week, go biking from 2-5 hours anywhere from twice a week to every day lately, depending on how many days I'm working during the daytime.

According to other polls they are also dating models and have had sex with over 20 women each.

Trying to go 4-5 days a week this summer. Hopefully carry it out to at least 3-4 when school starts again. We'll see how that goes...

I do something from 5-7 days a week. The workout that I see most people doing, I would not count as a workout at all. Unless you are pushing yourself to your absolute limit you're just burning energy and time.

I'll probably end up dead from running so hard because I'll run until I get dizzy or my arm/face goes numb. Usually I feel like puking but I don't.

I'm not someone who is genetically big so I have to work extremely hard to get the way I like to look.

used to go everyday. then i stopped.

i wonder how many of those who are 5+ a week are those who are doing it for PE

and the 20% that have killed someone in war 🙂

Twice a day. Once in the AM and once in the PM. AM is jogging around my block and PM is situps/pushups in my living room. This is all you need to be in shape, no fancy gym or metal frames.

I date a woman that was a model for a few years and 20 is nothing.😉
