How often and how much do you drink per week?

I don't really like to drink, so not often. I couldn't resist though and had an oktoberfest beer last night. My first drink in many months. I like the drinks, don't like the effects

Why would sake be any different, it's the alcohol that's the problem. Japan and Korea may have more people who are tolerant to alcohol I don't know. They DO have a prominent drinking culture after all.

I have been told that I have the symptoms of that Asian allergy, but that, since sake is rice-based and not grain-based (which I was told makes a difference), I may not be allergic to sake.

Wrong.

<====== Still under 20

Life is good i try to drink up every weekend but I know my limits. Although its very uncommon for me to go home before 3, PL people drink till rise.

I have a beer a night during the week usually, m-w, 2-3 12oz margaritas on Thursday, and a few drinks fri and sat night usually.

Don't really drink. I've had 6-packs sit in the fridge for 2-3 weeks at a time.

If I'm at the dropzone (Fri/Sat nights) and the beer light goes on after jumping has finished I'll usually have 2-4 in a night.

Tuesdays a local bar has dollar pitchers... so i'd say an average of 2.5 pitchers. It really depends on my workload wednesday.

Thursdays and Saturdays maybe 4 beers before heading out
6 well drinks during deals
then another 3 or 4 beers when the deals end

Fridays i usually buy an 18 pack and come close to finishing it, that greatly depends on whether or not theres a keg where i'm going.

It looks like i have around 14 drinks a night going out to a bar

Thats around 50 drinks a week
more like 40 in a typical week when i dont go out on Tuesday

more than i thought, but i'm sure it will decrease dramatically post graduation

Holy crap. You know, the first step is admitting you have a problem.

Also, what kind of "deals" are you talking about?

I split a 750 ml bottle of sack mead with a friend on Sat the 8th. Had a 12oz "New Glarus Chocolate Abbey" as well. On Thursday I had a goose Island 312.

The week before, on Sunday the 2nd I had a 650ml bottle of "New Glarus Chocolate Abbey."

I usually have a couple to a few beers in a week, though somewhat frequently I will go 5 or 6 weeks without a single drink....

college town

generally its beat the clock meaning drinks start at $1 each at 8 $2 at 9 $3 at 10 and $4 at 11

Generally I get there at the end of dollar drinks and buy 3 at once
Then get another 2 or 3 before the price jumps up too much.
Keep in mind these are in slightly smaller than solo cup size plastic cups and probably have watered down liquor in them.

Wow.

That's got to be fucking expensive too.

At most a bottle of wine over 2 or 3 days every few weeks. Been cheap as shit lately, so gone dry.

Got sick of my hard liquor collection too. Even Johnny Black tastes like crap to me now.

surprisingly my bar tab is usually under $15

well drinks beat the clock *at least one bar in the area runs this special on thur+weekend nights*
3x $1
2X $2
1x$1

and when i think about it probably drink one or two beers when well drink specials end... $2 domestic bottles
2x$2

$12 + 3 or 4 dollar tip

also an 18 of coors original bottles runs $14 here

I'd say I spend under $50 a week.
Which is a lot of money, but it's 3 nights out with friends.

just wait til you make enough to buy the good stuff, and spend that 50 bucks on 6 or 7 bottles.

None: NEVER tasted alcohol of any type. Smelled beer once...smells like shit.

That is all.

youre missing out, some beer is really, really delicious.

/has converted a number of people, and converted light beer drinkers to lovers of the dark brews
//used to also hate beer.
