On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the nicest guy you've personally ever met, how do you compare? This crossed my mind today as I'm driving on the highway coming across the rudest people just because they're enclosed in a metal chassis. Guys who cut in at the last minute and otherwise have no courtesy whatsoever. You wouldn't do that standing on a line - so why do it in a pack of cars?

So, not only behind the wheel, but an everyday human...1-10, what would you rate your niceness, honestly?

And then when behind the wheel? 😀

9, 8 for me. I'm very easy-going and want everyone to like me... so I give it first. Behind the wheel I tend to be aggressive, but that doesn't mean I'm an ass to others.
 
About an 8 I think, but my fuse is pretty short. I'm not really a 'turn the other cheek' kind of guy.
 
Is there a negative to your scale? Where -10 is a total dickhead? Or you can go with something similar to the Kelvin scale, but the K stands for Karen. So, 0K is an absolute Karen.

As nice as people let me be. You can be 3 months behind with my $$ and I may be stern but I won't brow beat you. The second you get an attitude, defcon 5.

On the road, I effing hate peeps that just can't drive and/or use common sense and/or want to be on their phone. That said, I may blow my horn once in a month. Granted, I live 1.3 miles from the office.

Does being an introvert have some negative modifiers from the start? Shit, I may be a 6.


Old story, 5+ years ago, woman blocked me on the interstate beside a semi, for miles, while the fam was headed to Calloway Gardens. I still replay that if I were alone....

My niceness is measured in microgiveashits and right now, given the sad shape of this country and the jerkoffs on all sides, it's pretty low: <1.5.
 
I'd say like a 7. I am generally nice and people generally like me, but I also tend to tell it how it is and I am not very good at handling stupid people. It's hard for me to act like you aren't stupid if you are. So to stupid people I am probably like a 3.
