How much $$$ would it take for you to pull the trigger once on yourself? (Russian Roulette)

I don't believe in an afterlife of any sort so an instant death wouldn't really be negative to me in any way, although I really do enjoy living life. And being rich would be pretty cool. Tough call.

How much $ would it take for you to climb mount Everest? Your chances of dying aren't that much different.
BTW, if you play russian roulette and lose, does the death certificate say suicide or accident?

It says 'Lost' or 'Loser'

Just a thought:

for all of you that instantly disregard the idea, either due to valuing your own life highly or for the sake of friends and family... would your answer change if, if killed, the money would go to your friends and/or family? (distribution is pre-determined)

Let's turn the question around. Would you want 1 million dollars, or your son/daughter alive?

The original question is absurd.

If we are talking about a 6 round revolver, there is only a 16.7% chance that you will be killed, if my math is right. Aim right, you feel nothing, your family gets a pay off. You pull the trigger and nothing happens, you get a big pay off.

16.7% chance, heck, I probably take greater risks driving to work everyday.

Just yes, or no please. It's obviously not absurd if there are people that would do it.

(being serious here) I guess about 1 million. 1/6 chance at gaining a year's worth of income in the form of interest per year for life, assuming it were all invested. I don't enjoy life all that much, and don't believe in any religious BS. If I hit that 1 in 6 chance, I'd feel absolutely nothing as my brains were scrambled, so it's not even like there's pain involved. This is assuming a decent caliber gun in conjunction with proper aiming, of course.

thats pretty much all i wanted to say.
