When working at the warehouse during the summer (it could be warmer than body temperature in that place), I'd probably drink a total of 48 ounces, way more than I'd usually drink. On a regular day that doesn't include much activity, I'm down to less than a quart of liquid a day, probably no more than 30oz.

I don't like to drink much with meals, because I feel really full then, which I find to be quite uncomfortable. Drinking can also be a meal substitute. A glass of chocolate milk is a suitable meal for me. I'm already on about 1500 calories a day, so plain water would just occupy volume without adding calories, and I don't think it'd do me any good to cut back on calories. :) It's not on a diet or anything, either, it's just what I eat. I don't get hungry often, and usually will eat simply based on what time it is.

If we're talking about drinking plain water, I probably drink less than 2oz of it a day, when I brush my teeth.

How much do you drink?

I think the number they quote is ridiculous. I'd be sick if I tried drinking that much water a day.

Sometimes I get off the water kick and just drink Crystal Light for awhile.

I don't keep track, you really shouldn't be chugging water just for the sake of chugging water to get your X ounces a day, IMO.

If I piss and its dark, I drink more. If I piss and its light, I only drink when I'm thirsty.

It's.... not that hard.

Usually I'll drink about 20-30oz right after I wake up. I'll drink about 20oz while at class, then I'll drink about 20oz with dinner, and about 20-40oz sometime between after dinner and bedtime.

If you really wanted to put an Oz # on how much I drink.

If I exercise, go for a run, or something, I drink about 30oz afterwards, always.

I always have a full cup of water on my desk. (I sit literally 10 feet from our water cooler in my office.)

I am like this whether it's water or soda. I go through about 1.5 12 oz cans of soda every hour...all day. When I am drinking water I drink about 32oz per hour.

When I was working from home I'd drink beer about 1 per hour...I was never really drunk, but it's wasn't very healthy. I started noticing I'd have like 60+ bottles in my recycle bins and neighbors were surprized my parties were so quiet. :).

I am about 6'/200lbs so not a tiny guy.

I pour myself about 4 cups of water at home in my cup that holds a little more than 8 oz. I also have a vitamin water which makes another 20 oz and I usually start the day with a glass of OJ so we're already up to 60 oz roughly. I'll usually slip in a little more here and there if I eat out.

I'm 130, so I should drinking 65 ounces of water a day by that rule. I easily drink 100 ounces. I'm sort of addicted to drinking fluids. I probably drink too much water every day.

I drink about 2 oz. water all day, to down a handful of pills (vitamins and supplements). Mostly I drink weak coffee. They tell me it contains water.

About half a liter...

I tried to load up on water during the summer at work, but the water tasted like such crap, I gave up.
