My aunt said to much protein damage my kidneys shes a health nut.. i did know this but i dont know how much is to much. I work out about 2 hours every other day now. Lifting weights only very little cardio. Im 6'3 and steady at 200-205 pounds (depending how much i pig out) not sure how much protein i consume a day but i eat tons of fish eggs milk and chicken so im guessing umm 150 grams a day? been eating chunky peanut butter at night with some milk for my night protein. thinking about buying a 10 pound bag of gold whey for nighttime to cut down some the fat from the peanut butter.. 66$ for a 10 pound bag doesnt seem to bad for the optimum gold whey on amazon.. So how much do you think i should consume a day / per meal / times a day.. SORRY FOR MY LACK OF GRAMMAR SPELLING ETC I KNOW IM DUM!!!!!!!!!! HAHA
