During school when I didn't have time to cook, most of my meals would be protein shakes with milk, so I was probably using 8 cups per day.

Now that I cook more, it's down to 2 cups per day.

No regular milk for me, but I use >1 cup of soy milk on cereal in the morning and about the same for a smoothie every night. Vanilla Silk FTW

By "cup," do you mean the size in a measuring cup or a glass or what? I'll drink maybe 1-2 glasses per day average, and that can average out to 3 cups. I go through milk fairly quickly, but I don't go to the store often enough so I often go without it.

I could drink a gallon a day if i had cereal for brekfast, had it with lunch, drank it when i was thirsty all day, did some outdoor work and drank it when i got in, had some with dinner, had milk and cookies after dinner, and right before i go to bed.

I drink probably 3-4 gallons a week. I'd almost bet I could do the gallon challenge, but I'm not willing to risk being sick to prove it.
I drink milk like most people drink water.

maybe some in the morning. i like cereal. maybe a little for coffee but that's it. milk here is more expensive. where i lived, you could buy a gallon for less then $3. here, you pay that for half the milk.
