Well, everytime I shift, it's not completely disengaging so it's rough getting it into gear. Unless all of my synchros went out at the exact same time.
Probably the clutch master or slave cylinder going then.
I can tell you the book times:
To replace the master OR slave cylinders: 0.5hrs labor. Figure $50 - $90 for the part.
To do the clutch disc/pressure plate: 5.0hrs labor. A clutch "set" would be around $225 with the throwout bearing. The flywheel can get expensive on those things, if it can't be turned ($300+) - but it may not need to be.
In any event, from the symptoms you describe, I really think you've got a bad master or slave cylinder. The clutch isn't slipping, it's just hard getting it into gear right?
