January of last year I was 220 lbs.

As of January of this year I have been sitting in the 170-175 range pretty consistently

Im 185. Exactly between 170 and 200lb. Height is 5 foot 9.

What's more important is body fat % along with weight. You can be 210lb and 5 foot 10, but at 12% body fat, you're pretty jacked. But at 25% fat, well... Stop eating so many cookies.

I'm kind of annoyed that I was the only one that took up alky's picture challenge >.<

I would post a pic, but I don't really keep any around for easy posting. I also hate pictures of myself, so the number of pics I have in general is very tiny.

bmi is not even worthy of being in the medical dictionary

edit: are you trying to cause a troll shit fest

even medical doctors would not consider bmi more important than body fat percentage

Being somewhat of a body builder type in a past life, I know how irrelevant BMI is but I think so is asking peoples' body mass. Are we trying to figure out if we are a bunch of fatties here? That is the only significance of this question I can think of.

BMI is fine when applied to a given population. It's problematic only when you try to use it for the individual.

BMI is also used because it's easy to calculate. Body fat %? Not so much.

Here, you don't have to be the only one. From a few weeks ago.
