Some of youse need to go eat a sammich or 3.

Fucking skinny bastards!

Wait...on second thought...stay skinny. That makes more room for my fat ass on airplanes! 😀

most genetically fit men your height are actually the fair amount heavier. cain and dos santos are both 240. brock lesnar is 280 to 290. gabriel gonzaga is 250

edit: cross out most and consider the word genetically fit

being an mma fighter isnt "normal". people who physically too big have health problems and shorter life spans, i wouldnt want to be 300lbs

cain is very fit

he probably would be 250 but he keeps himslelf down to 240 i think to increase his cardio although i do not know why considering his cardio is more than enough for anything

and there are more than just mma athletes who are that heavy

basically genetics

Hahaha, most "genetically fit" = people that have spent their lives finely tuning their bodies.

I'm about 131 5'5. I look a lot thinner than I am too. American

6"6', 240 lbs. Trying to go back to weight I maintained through my 20's, ~225 lbs. Snuck up on 250 last winter and noticed my knees pop more often when I stand up.

I wasn't implying only work decides, but using the pinnacle of effort as one's example of "most" is disingenuous.

their size is not "most"

mma fighters are not that abnormally huge

for the size of strongman you would be right

many of them are over 300 lbs at your height or even slightly less

so size is less hard to gain for many athletes than the cardio and strength and skill that training requires

that will probably work

just remember that you still keep growing until your mid 20s

some people want to get back to their weight when they were 18 when they had not yet fully grown

most body fat measurements are not that accurate

think the only way to get something that is very accurate is with a huge machine with water

Hydrostatic weighing is suppose to be the most accurate but air displacement (e.g. BodPod) is also suppose to be very good.

Anyway, 15% is a bit on the high side. I think 11%-12% is ideal. Anything below 10% is too hard to maintain with any normal diet/routine.

5'10" 151lbs. I want to be closer to 170 with solid mass. I still eat like a hungry college kid, but I don't work out nearly enough.

You know what's interesting - when I had food poisoning for 3 days, I dropped to 142. Gained it back in 2 days and just hit this wall continuing to eat like I just came back from a 3rd world country.
