I would never spend more than $20 on a haircut, usually at the Supercuts I go to, it is $15 including tip (which is $2-$3).

back when I used to get my hair dyed, it usually came out to $45-$50 ($15 for the cut, the rest for the dye). I'd give the girl who cut my hair $5 and the girl who dyed my hair $15.
