I used to do 15$ and a 5$ tip.... but since then, my barber has gone up to 20$... I didn't know that last time I went, so he got no tip. Sill putting off my return trip... thats a lot of money when you get your hair cut every 4 months....

$11 cut and $3 tip. I get my hair cut every month, sooner if I have to look good for something.

My hair cut is a whopping $6.00 and I get it done about every three weeks. I tip them $1.00 and if I have both of my sons with me and we all get hair cuts I give them $3.00.

i use to goto a barbershop that charged 15, i tipped 1. for the past 2yrs i've been cutting my own hair with a kit i bought from bestbuy for 30$, and i'd say i do a damn fine job on myself :) sure the haircut may take 15-20mins to get it right, compared to the 2mins at the barbershop, but it's all worth it.

i saved myself so far about 384$. that's 16$ per cut, once a month, for two yrs. :)

When I used to go to supercuts and just use any old stylist I would tip 2-3 dollars.

Now that I use the same lady each time and she is used to cutting my hair I leave her $5-6 dollars. I just give a $20 bill on a $14 hair cut.

Still cheap compared to a real stylist.
