200 for each kid, 100 each on my wife and I, 50 each for 4 nieces/nephews, and 50 each for my 3 siblings, and my wife's brother and their SOs, plus 50 each for our parents/grandparents (my parents, my grandparents, her mom and stepdad, and dad and stepmom) plus around 300 for various friends.

So it looks to be about $1700~$1800 this year. Which is down from last year when my wife went crazy on the kids and I swear spent ~400 on each.

3-5k probably. Got the wife three lapis stones from Chile that I am setting for her and the girls. Tons of toys, new head unit for the minivan. Tickets for wife and I to go to Miami in January and assorted gifts for our huge extended family.

Wife usually goes to a sample sale in NYC this time of year and loads up on stuff and gives out jewelry to whoever ends up showing up at christmas.

we also give a bunch of toys to the NICU that delivered our triplets and made contributions to their school and savings and such for tax reasons as well.

This year is going to be expensive because I have to upgrade a lot of family stuff. My son finally earned a smartphone, my daughter wants this stoopid expensive ferret cage that will make cleaning easier, and my wife dropped a ton of weight and needs hot-chick clothes (that one's more for my benefit though :p )
