If you are over 25,and have a clean driving record,then,State Farm may be good for you.

If you have a lead foot and the driving record to prove it,
{tickets,accidents,etc.} don't bother State Farm can't help you.

i pay less than $280 every 6 months,
100,000/300,000 liability;
personal injury protection
comp,and collision,
uninsured/underinsured bodily injury, 100,300k

thats on my most expensively covered car;
on my beater 95 full size van,

$255 for 6 months

with 250 deductible collision/comprehensive,etc
same 100-300k crapolla,

i get a few discounts,
accident free,$50.
accident prevention,$22. {defensive driving class}
multicar, $35.
multiline,$24. {my house is insured with them too.}
antilock brakes $10.
and ? vehicle safety $19.

Remember also that the insurance rates in Albany, NY are a bit different that those of LA, NYC, MNSP, Chicago, etc.

What kind of car do you currently own? How old are you? Have you gotten into many accidents/gotten tickets for speeding?

I just got insurance again (haven't driven in a couple years), $600 every six months. Insurance is Progressive, I'll ditch them in a heartbeat when I find something better though.

21, liability only on a 86 Accord.

Viper GTS

well, I pay 150 four times a year, and that's half of it, so, 600 every six months. This is for a 19 year old male listed under a 1990 Mercury Sable. My sister, listed under my car, an 87 Bonneville, pays like 75 bucks every six months... grrrrr

True,and i have had a Full license since Oct.1975,{i had lerners permit staring 11/'74}
and took drivers ed,which helped till i was 25.

I also have not had a ticket,nor an accident in over 10 years.

If any of you can,take Driviers Ed,and any defensive driving courses you can,
most defensive driving courses,are about $40. to $60; the money you save on insurance will pay for the course,
usually in 2 years,and you can retake the course, every 3 years.

"SAVE 10% on Auto Insurance for 3 Full Years
Includes Liability, Collision and Personal Injury Protection (no-fault)

and up to a 4 Point NY State License Reduction"

What do you pay? I want to shop around and see if I can get a better deal on full coverage.

Had to go look. $1172.10 per 6 months. Thats for the Escalade, Corvette, and Crown Victoria and one trailer (motorcycle).
