Baseball: So what if it was played by women? This is more of a game of skill then physical ability. But still a sport none-the-less.
Hehe!
Baseball a game of skill? What is so skillful about baseball... honestly. Learn to swing a bat, learn to catch a ball, learn to sprint a couple yards, so so skillful.
You can say the same thing about any sport. Soccer, for example...Soccer is just learning how to run (which most of the world can do) around and kick a little ball around. It's not like the ball is really hard or anything. It's pretty easy to kick. No skill at all once you think about it.
There was actually an SI poll of athletes in the US and it asked what was the hardest thing to do in professional sports. What was the answer? How to hit a MLB fastball.
In addition, if it's so easy - why does it often require years for even the most gifted players out of high school to even make a significant impact? Because it requires honing your skills to ridiculous levels.
I like baseball because it actually does require a certain skill - you don't have to be the best in physical shape (although most have to be in good shape) but you have to have that certain skill. The biggest and strongest guy is nothing in baseball without the skill, which a smaller and shorter player could have.
I'd say Volleyball takes a LOT more skill than Soccer (yes, I said SOCCER, what chu gonna do about it?)
it's football not soccer
